Unfortunately it seems the paypal link is down for your profiles games, and without the option to pay by credit card it has made it hard to purchase the game. If you guys end up fixing/plan on fixing the issue please leave me a comment.
I recommend extracting the .rar file again by selecting the file and simultaneously pressing "CTRL + E". A pop-up will appear, where you should click on "932 (ANSI/OEM Japanese shift JIS)" to extract all the files correctly. Otherwise, any files with titles written in Japanese may not be recognized by the computer.
When you try to launch the game, it won't be able to link to files whose titles have been renamed with unknown characters due to being unrecognized during conversion.
It's important to have added the Japanese language as a locale or to use a locale emulator to launch Japanese games; otherwise, they won't work.
